Been here twice, food and wait staff was great. There were a few years between visits because the first time our credit card was compromised. Gave it another go recently and we were charged for someone else's bar bill. We signed OUR bill, but an incorrect charge was posted to our account. Called the manager who was apologetic, said he took care of it, but it's been over a week and the correction has not posted to our credit card. The incorrect charge was over $200, I'd like that back.
(Roseville, CA) Not to impressed! This was our first time at this restaurant-We had to wait awhile to be seated even though we had a reservation and saw other people get seated before us! We didn't get our drinks for about 30 minutes, nor did we see our waitress for a good portion of the night. I was at the McCormick and Schmicks in Houston and it was the worst restaurant experience that I've ever had and I consider myself a foodie. My girlfriend and I travel extensively and pride ourselves in eating at some of the finer restaurants around and would never recommend this place. The service was horrible. Our waiter was to busy watching football in the bar to even come by our table to see if we needed anything. Good food here especially like the seafood topping on the steak. Maybe not Ritz Carlton but u get what u pay for. That's why u can't compare a Mitsubishi EVO as much as people love them to a Porsche which I've owned not even close.
I took my family here for Christmas dinner and this was probably the worst dining experience I ever had. The food took way too long. They never even brought out half the food we ordered. They tried to pass off some cheap cuts of meat as filet mignon and could not even cook them right. The best they could do to fix the situation was not charge us for the food we did not eat. The food was disgusting and I don't use that word lightly.
Best place in Roseville for seafood!!!
