The history of McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants began when Bill McCormick purchased Jake's Famous Crawfish Restaurant located in Portland, Oregon, and brought the more than 100-year-old landmark back to life. When asked the secret of how he revitalized a restaurant on the brink of closing, McCormick says, "I like nothing better than being a good host." Went to Happy Hour with 10 other people. The service and food were good, we will go back and refer others. We ate coconut shrimp, fish tacos, truffle fries, stuffed mushroom, cheeseburgers, calamari, poke that should include avocados , but didn't, so suggestion to improve a real poke dish. Prices were just right. A guest at our table ordered a Mojito that had way too much sweet and sour, which a Mojito should not have any sweet and sour in it.
