I absolutely love this hotel… The staff was very friendly and helpful... My favorite was a front desk agent named brandy ... She was so amazing and worked very quickly to get me in my room ... Overall the rooms were amazing ... I really enjoyed myself. I recommend this hotel to everyone
Lots of room and free wifi. Only thing that makes me angry is not enough restrooms on the convention floor mama don't like walking a mile to get to the bathroom especially when it's an emergency!

Just ordered a $12 sandwich at 23rd Street Cafe. It literally has two one and a half inch by two inch strips of portobello mushroom and maybe five pieces of onions/peppers on it. Seriously?
Was at c2e2 today. The c2e2 website had a section on complimentary bus shuttles for guests entering the center. Some of the routes were shut down on the way to the convention center due to construction and nothing was mentioned anywhere about that until you were actually there and saw it on their shuttle schedules. I can't imagine how many people sat clueless at Washington and wells due to this terrible planning, myself included. This could have been handled far better.
Price gouging at the food court then they charge for extra food and can't find a manager for a refund. You can do better.
Shout out to the security guard Jacob at gate 31 who saved us from a drunk cab driver. Thank you, thank you. I know we freaked you out but you made our night. Thank you again!!! Hope you enjoyed your orange juice!
