I would like to report a parking clerk I encountered on Saturday February 20th at approximately 11:15 a.m. I had a terrible experience in parking lot B with the parking clerk working Booth 2. I was following the traffic as directed by the employees, there were no signs anywhere which had pricing information. When I arrived at Booth 2 the woman working the booth gave me such attitude for handing her my credit card. She yelled "Cash Only! and continued asking me "where do you see we accept credit card!?" Horrible traffic, no direction, none of the employees know how to direct traffic, no signage as to where you are supposed to go, what a cluster, never going again.
To many people!
I used to love being an employee here and then SMG, Savor foods came and they made it a war zone. We take pride in what we do but they Don't. They can't pay employees correctly, they can't follow a Union contract to save there life, they lie with no concept of what truth is. It's 2016 and they Still won't pay the NEGOTIATED, CONTRACTED rate. REALLY. Beautiful place, food ok, limited options and very expensive!
Nice rooms, clean, and very updated. Asked for 2 more pillows & blankets and i wad told we can only have 1.
