We ordered Cesar Salad that had maybe a drop or two of dressing and tasted like bare romaine. To find flavor, I ate a crouton, only to only to discover that every crouton on the salad was stale. Poorest Service I Have Ever Experienced – I took my family there yesterday and the service was horrible! It was the poorest service I have ever experienced. The waitress was slow, rude and completely unprofessional. We had ordered everything right away, and we got our oyster appetizer rather quickly. That is where it stopped. Excellent Food! Excellent Service!!! – This place has changed from 2 years ago. The service and food are a lot better. I was so impressed with everything when I brought some clients here 2 months ago for a meeting during the afternoon. Our server was so well mannered and personable. He made us feel good and at home. Absolutely fabulous! – I looked up McCormick & Kuleto's on citysearch for the number so that I could call for reservations, and I was astonished! When I saw the reviews I had to write one myself, since this has been my favorite restaurant in the city for 5 years running. Beware of parking scam – Beware of the parking garage at Ghirardelli Square. They will claim that you've been there all day and have no alternative but to charge you the maximum parking fee!

Horrible experience – My family and I were at McCormick & Kuleto's earlier this week. Our waitress was nice, but the person who seated us was very rude. Our waitress provided very good service, but it all stops there. It took forever to get our food and it did not taste good at all. My wife had Ono and I had Tilapia. Caution: Dishes appear better than they are – Great location, service, and ambiance cannot mask the fact that the food itself needs some help. Seafood lovers will surely drool over the menu and the presentation couldn't be better however it all stops there. The freshness of the seafood is meaningless for the taste and texture is lost by the time it ends up in front of you. Pleasant surprise – The waitstaff was very professional and friendly. The meal progressed in a timely manner. My wife and I did not feel rushed or ignored. The staff to table ratio was worked well. Parking was very convenient. The food was perfectly done. A nicely varied menu. Highly recommended for anyone. High-end casual dining.
