Recommendedmy husband brought me here for a nice dinner and it was Fabulous! Everything tasted So good. The best part was dessert. I had Creme Brulee it was Perfect!
This was the best place we visited on our vacation from NY to PA. The place was beautiful and historic, the waiter was so friendly that by the time we left we felt like we were friends. I did not know if it was kid friendly so I messaged them a head of time and they promptly responded. I ordered a salad and it was the best salad I have ever had. I can't say enough about McCoole's. The food was fantastic! The waitresses were super nice and I loved the atmosphere. I wish I didn't live an hour and a half away from this place, but it's worth the drive! We will most definitely be back.

Took too long to get our drinks and food! Not too much attention paid to detail. Food was very good but the wait took the edge off the enjoyment....
Our food was great and the historic ambiance was very cool. The food is made by hand from the chef using his own family recipes and everything was fresh and delicious. We had a great dinner!

We just moved to the area and came to celebrate our new home with friends. Our waiter was funny. He mentioned having a rough day and that it was hectic. We enjoyed our meal and the outdoor atmosphere. While he made recommendations at our request, we did feel neglected at the expense of "his regulars." He mentioned more than once that we'd "have to make it quick. So he could go check on them." And that he'd "hate to loose them" if he didn't hurry back.
