Service Department is unprofessional, and apparently not as skilled as those at Bay Chevrolet. McConnell (Charles Primm) refused to do a GM Service bulletin (regarding a large fuel leak) on my vehicle, said they didn't want to chance breaking something else on the vehicle while performing the work and being stuck paying for repairs not covered by the recall.. Bay Chevrolet did the job with no problem and were very courteous

My car was great but I was very disappointed in the car I was given to drive while mine was in the shop. The car itself was fine but I was very surprised it only had a very small amount of gas in it. All I did was drive home and then back to McConnell. I was half way back when the warning came on that I was on empty. I stopped and put $2 worth in it. Don't get me wrong, I did appreciate the use of the car but the person to whom I returned the car told me that they usually only put about an eighth of a tank of gas for the car... read more
