This was by far the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership. Terri Stringer was amazing to work with. She was very nice and honest. She and Ken Goff went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted and on the terms we wanted. We will definitely be back!

Very easy buying experience with Peggy O'Brien and everyone else in the building for that matter. I drove from Gulfport MS to Mobile. It was worth the drive! Peggy was very knowledgable about the product and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs and wants. Financing was quick and painless. What a great experience.... Thank You!

Surprisingly pleasant experience. Always a little nervous on a car shopping excursion. However, Chris Hamberg was delightful to work with. He knew the right car for me and was not the least bit pushy. Very helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend him and McConnell.

My experience was a nightmare. The dealer and I had reached an agreement on a vehicle. The vehicle had been approved. Instead of the dealer calling me to tell me when I could expect deliver of the vehicle, he call me and inform me that he had sold the vehicle. This is a four and half rating dealership. Than the lies started.

My husband was in the market for an SUV to replace my 10-year-old Yukon. He called McConnell Automotive and Brian Gardner was extremely helpful and gave him a rundown of inventory, mentioning a specific Acadia that he believed fit the description of what I would like. While traveling home to Louisiana from vacation, our Acadia had a fuel injection problem. We were stranded. Gregg and the service department had us back on the road in less than 24 hours!!! Awesome service and superb employees!!! Kept our vacation from being a bad memory! If you are looking for a dealership, you couldn't do any better than McConnell.
