Supposed to pick up my van this afternoon at 4 but no one called nor answered my calls after 5:30 at McCollum's Auto Body to tell me anything. Would have appreciated at least a call tonight to tell that I wasn't going to get my van after I was told to wait until 6:15 to pick it up. Hopefully, someone can call me asap to let me know when I will get my vehicle back that has been at McCollum's since December 20th. Please help me out because not having my van for almost 2 weeks has been a real hardship for me.
Excellent customer service did a good job got me in and out quickly and even cleaned the inside for me as well as the outside thank you
I was so happy with the response time, pricing and service I received when dealing with McCollum. It was going to be a really hot few days and their manager took the time to get me a loaner car that had fully functional A/C while my car was being repaired. I was SO grateful. They really went the extra mile for me.

Chris at McCollum was so helpful. My car was totaled, that sucks, it's been and will continue to be a nightmare. McCollum did not do any repairs for me but communication was great and when my injured self had to go clear out my belongings Chris offered a hand and helped me load up the rental car.
