Super fast, really communicative, really helpful and friendly. I had lots of questions and wanted several estimates for different repairs, and it was never a problem. The cost seemed very fair too. Highly recommend!
Horrible customer service! Wrong diagnosis. I was told I had a blown head gasket, I got a second opinion, and it was a thermostat, which they claimed they checked, but did not. I took my car with over a half a tank of gas, got it back empty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop.
McCollum Auto Body is great I would highly recommend them to others: our 2007 Honda Accord was put back to like new condition and fast, about a week even with quarter panel replacement. Your shop is amazing I would never want to go anywhere else

You should really look at controlling your employees like Albert who tries to set up fights while he's at work. That looks bad for business. �
Took my car to these guys when I got rear ended and after 7 times in their shop it still was not fixed so I took it to another body shop, and am now fighting the insurance company to replace stuff that they already payed for come to find out the stuff they paid for was NEVER replaced to begin with.... NEVER GO HERE EVER EVER EVER
I have had my cars repaired at McCollum Auto Body through the years I have lived in Portland and they have done an excellent job. The cars always looked like new! The whole experience was very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.
Supposed to pick up my van this afternoon at 4 but no one called nor answered my calls after 5:30 at McCollum's Auto Body to tell me anything. Would have appreciated at least a call tonight to tell that I wasn't going to get my van after I was told to wait until 6:15 to pick it up. Hopefully, someone can call me asap to let me know when I will get my vehicle back that has been at McCollum's since December 20th. Please help me out because not having my van for almost 2 weeks has been a real hardship for me.
Excellent customer service did a good job got me in and out quickly and even cleaned the inside for me as well as the outside thank you
