I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service and the experience that I have had with McCollum I would never return and I would never recommend McCollum The car was filthy upon pick up including black greasy fingerprints on my parchment leather interior and a discarded dirty rag on the backseat The brand new bumper that was installed was misaligned because they didnt bother to order a clip so that they could properly install it I now have to wait for that part and return for another visit Whoever installed my brand ne... read more

i feel like they really care for their customers
They do a great job at fixing your vehicle but suck at the details! My drivers side rear door was repaired just fine but, wrong window switch, missing bolt cover, speaker dosen't work as well as the door locks. it's been 6 weeks and no parts yet, really? DONT GO HERE!!!
