McCollum is fantastic! They are very responsive and quick to get back with information. I have used their services twice. The first time my car was repaired and looked like new. The second time my car was a total loss and McCollum was very helpful with explaining the process of loss. I would absolutely use McCollum again, although I hope I don’t have to soon!

McCollum kept me In the loop every step of the way. From the initial review with the mechanics and insurance company through the process all the way to the last day. I got emails and texts with updates. The car looks better than pre-loss because it’s clean and waxed! Their thoroughness was refreshing and their team very skilled and knowledgeable. I even got lifetime detailing on my car! I would highly recommend McCollum!
They did a great job replacing the rear lower bumper on my Toyota Prius C. They also surprised me by giving my car a wash and cleaning/vacuuming the inside, to me my car honestly looked newer than it did when I first bought it. Definitely will consider this place in the future if I ever need auto body work done again.
My repair was minor compared to some. I locked myself out of my car and had to break my own window. Yea, no fun. And a little embarrassing. McCollum Auto Body repaired my Honda Accord’s broken window on time and with Honda parts. The whole process start-to-finish was smooth and they even vacuumed my car including all the little broken glass bits. I like that they clean my car after working on it. even the inside front window and the tires were clean.
