My contractor used McCauley Lumber Company and the driver cracked my driveway when he delivered the materials. They will not take responsibility and refuse to even talk to me about it. I stopped by the store to try and reach a solution and the manager was extremely rude to me and refused to supply me the insurance information so that I could make a claim. I went in to purchase doors as a referral from a friend and was very pleased with the service that was provided! I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked through the door. Mr. John seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful with finding what I needed. Nice selection and great quality! I have recommended several family members and friends and they also had a pleasant experience! I highly recommend McCauley Lumber for your lumber needs!
First time trying to deal with these folks. So far it's been 3 hours just trying to get a quote on some Lumber. The website doesn't work. The phone isn't being answered. Send an email to John and that hasn't been responded to. Not looking good for the home team, y'all.
