In all of the years that we have contracted with McCarthy's One Hour, Chris ******** is one of the most outstanding service persons to do the AC checkup. He is polite, answers all questions, and explains issues fully. Plus, he was very thorough with cleaning the outside unit of all cottonwood tree fluff which was a huge problem this year. 5 stars

Chris was a great technician and was excellent with resolving the issue. However, management's strong arm tactics which are sometimes necessary in war do not transfer well to civilian space. I and Chris (our Technician) were placed in an awkward situation where I could choose between two artificial negative extremes. Either pay this high fee for literally tapping on a sensor or pay for a replacement part we do not need. Bravo for being a toolbox management team!

Joe that comfort advisor was amazing he measured everything and explained all my options and then listened to what I wanted not trying to upsell an expensive unit that I didn't need. He asked me what my budget was and we went from there and got an amazing deal. They even scheduled the install the very next day. That's when nick the installer showed up around 930 and worked hard all the way till around 530. Nick than explained all the features about the thermostat and heat pump to me and made sure I didn't have any questions.
