On June 21 2021, both of our AC units stopped working. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was called to service the units, one still under warranty. Technician determined run capacitors had failed. Technician recommended installing a start capacitor on the unit under warranty at a cost of $390 installed. I okayed the install. Technician then hooked up AC gauges to check operating pressures on both units, indicating to me it was part of the service call. Love That they give free membership to their heroes club to all military and first responders. This gives heroes two checks a year for free, one AC and one furnace check plus a discount on parts. Their technicians & dispatchers are very knowledgeable & professional. Show up when promised. We've been customers for over 25 years & replaced 4 units in 2 different places. Also they offer financing for big projects.
McCarthy's One Hour called today to set a followup appointment to have a bulb replaced. The technicians showed up on time, were courteous and efficient. In, done, and out very quickly. Great job, great company.
