On June 21 2021, both of our AC units stopped working. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was called to service the units, one still under warranty. Technician determined run capacitors had failed. Technician recommended installing a start capacitor on the unit under warranty at a cost of $390 installed. I okayed the install. Technician then hooked up AC gauges to check operating pressures on both units, indicating to me it was part of the service call.
