I'm very pleased with McCarthy. Body shop they did a great job an my son's truck. Les Body shop manager. I found a car online and emailed a request asking if it was still available. I received an email back within 5 minutes even though it was 8 pm. Then the next morning I was contacted my the sales rep who helped me and answered my questions over the phone all day. He waited for me after it closed because I couldn't get off work in time. They didn't try to mess with me or take my money - they gave me the real deal. I love my new car!

They won't stand behind their warranty on the used pickup I just bought. Also the service department is clueless.
