Walking in the door to look at one vehicle on the lot a salesman comes up to us and completely insulted me and my husband. Staying, "Here is how we do this, I have had many people come in here looking for a brand new car and only wanting a car pay $200 a month. I am not going to show you every car on the lot and waste my time. If you would like to look at a car you need to fill out." Making an appointment online has only had one follow up in all the times I have tried to schedule. Appointments don't seem to make much difference. Been here over hour and a half for oil change. Used to be in and out in way less than an hour but last couple of times service has been SO slow!!!!!
I came in looking for a price on a new Tacoma. Ended up leaving with the exact truck I wanted for a better price than anywhere else. Silver Rosas and Jeff Butler worked hard to earn my business and I would highly recommend to any military looking for a Toyota to seek out these two gentlemen if your interested.
My daughter and I went to McCarthy Toyota yesterday and talked with Natalya. She was so sweet and helpful by answering every question we had. The car we took for a test drive (Avalon) rode like a dream! We had such a great experience, and I would definitely recommend McCarthy Toyota and Natalya to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.
I loved shopping here at McCarthy in Sedalia. I came onto to the lot later in the evening looking for a car I found online with their stores. They informed it was at their Kansas store, I informed my awesome sales rep Silver that I wanted the car, he headed out the next day to go pick it up for me and had it ready for me to drive off the lot on Saturday! Purchased a car from McCarthy, paid it off early. I have warranty and gap insurance owed to me. It has been 6 weeks and still no check. At first it's 4 to 6 weeks to get check back. Now they are saying 6 to 8 weeks. Really does it take that long.
