RecommendedI have purchased five vehicles from McCarthy Toyota in the last few years and as rule I’m completely happy with the dealership. Had a small problem Saturday that they were extremely busy and I had to wait an extra three hours to complete a deal but these things some times happen and as a rule services is quick and friendly.
I wrote I would recommend because our sales guy was great. But it’s a NO towards your finance department I was at McCarty Toyota in Sedalia, MO on February 28, 2021 from 230pm-8pm. I was looking at purchasing a 2021 Toyota Highlander. We had a very nice, friendly salesman named Creighton. He worked with us finding a Highlander that we loved. Stellar customer service and smooth, easy purchase. We had another truck sold out from underneath us at another dealership and drove to Sedalia to look at a similar truck. Well I had started working with a guy drove over an hour and felt like I had the bait and switch.. I was already telling everyone never to go there.. saw a sedalia number and wasn't going to answer but went ahead.. they turned this horrible situation into the car my wife really wanted.. 2021 rav 4... so I guess if first glance you aren't happy... give them a chance they may come through for you also..

The service center is very good, they get your car in on time and when it is done it is done right. I've never had to come back, and I've purchased four cars from McCarthy.
