Very disorganized and unprofessional. Made promises on deals that they couldn't keep just to get you to come into the lot. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you are going in hoping to get the price online, regardless of how many time they confirmed it will be the price you for the car. Do not recommend, would give 0 star if possible. Talked with sales man for hours to lock a price they advertised on and was promised multiple time that was the was price guarantee. Drove 4 hours to the dealership and got quoted a different rate 4,000 by a different salesman which is way more than what was promised. ******** did not even bother to call back to apologize and offer to correct the mistake. They were so helpful. Most of the time when purchasing a vehicle the salesman seems pushy. McCarthy was honest and did everything in their power to make this an exciting experience! This is my first vehicle I’ve ever purchased and I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing a new or used vehicle!!
