Very disorganized and unprofessional. Made promises on deals that they couldn't keep just to get you to come into the lot. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you are going in hoping to get the price online, regardless of how many time they confirmed it will be the price you for the car. Very dishonest and does not take the time to reach back to customer for any misunderstanding and mistake made by the sales man. Manager Wayne probably need training on proper customer service. Had a small problem Saturday that they were extremely busy and I had to wait an extra three hours to complete a deal but these things some times happen and as a rule services is quick and friendly.
