Very disorganized and unprofessional. Made promises on deals that they couldn't keep just to get you to come into the lot. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you are going in hoping to get the price online, regardless of how many time they confirmed it will be the price you for the car. Very dishonest and does not take the time to reach back to customer for any misunderstanding and mistake made by the sales man. Manager Wayne probably need training on proper customer service. They were so helpful. Most of the time when purchasing a vehicle the salesman seems pushy. McCarthy was honest and did everything in their power to make this an exciting experience! This is my first vehicle I’ve ever purchased and I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing a new or used vehicle!!

I have purchased five vehicles from McCarthy Toyota in the last few years and as rule I’m completely happy with the dealership. Had a small problem Saturday that they were extremely busy and I had to wait an extra three hours to complete a deal but these things some times happen and as a rule services is quick and friendly.
