Are dash keeps going out and no one can fix my car. It has been in the shop multiple times do this problem. The staff is polite but overly can not fix the problem. And seem that they or can not figure a way to make things right. And tell me to work with Hyundai they can’t do anything for me. There is no customer loyalty to help there customers on difficult situations. We had a great experience with Frank when purchasing our new Hyundai Santa Fe. He was extremely patient throughout the entire process and worked hard to make sure we were 100% happy when picking our new vehicle. However, the “premium warranty” we purchased covers absolutely nothing. DO NOT waste your money. We learned this less than a month after purchasing the vehicle/warranty.
