Service, availability of appointments and scheduling.
We have had our 2018 Sonata for 2+ years and couldn't be happier. The Sales personnel were courteous and efficient. The Service dept has been efficient in servicing the car and appointment times have been pretty much on time, waiting for the service to be completed was/is fairly comfortable. Overall a Very Good recommendation from us.
We had a great experience buying our new family car, everyone was friendly and ready to help us and answer all our questions. I definitely recommend it. Joey did a great job.

Excellent customer service!! Terrence who was our salesman, who went above and beyond helping us with our purchase, esp with everything that is going on! did financing online got approved and took the day off to go pick up a truck. got a call that they had already sold it to someone else prior to even starting the finance process.
