I went in to trade in my car. I knew that the sprayers for windshield fluid needed to be replaced. They replaced them the next week and gave me a free oil change. During the following week, I noticed it was leaking oil. I bought the extended warranty since it was a used car, so back to the dealership I went. Treated horribly when trying to purchase a new truck. Typical "bait and switch" dealer. Gave us an entire slew of "sales tricks" and harrassment. Terrible dealership! Taking my business elsewhere!!!
So disappointed!! Came in 4 separate occasions.. Was ready to buy that day and staff couldn't deliver. If I could give negative stars I would. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Steer clear!! They "blow smoke" and make promises and don't follow through. Complete lack of professionalism and time wasted.
My truck has been coming here since it was new. The service department has screwed up the simple task of rotating my tires 3 times. I own a 1 ton dully so few more tires then most but these people are the experts? When your not sure what to do read the manual. Shame on me for coming back Dave Cross GMC here I come.
Most rude salesman and I wouldn't recommend or ever go back
