Everyone at McCarthy was great...Buying a car is not something you can do in 5 mins its a process but they were awesome very curtious and ontop of keeping me comfortable on where things were and what still had to be done as well as answering any question myself or friend asked...Juan and Ruben were fantastic and i have already recommended to friends and family on going to mcCarthy for a new or used car. Went to McCarthy Chevrolet yesterday to get my oil changed and tire rotation because the 1st 2 oil changes are free with a purchase. I had an 8:30 appointment and got there at 8:15. At 9:15 I told the service guy I wanted my keys back because my truck was still sitting outside. He couldn't understand why I was dissatisfied and I told him I consider my time to be valuable and apparently they don't.
