Purchased a new and used vehicle from the dealership. Reputable company never thought that the used vehicle would catch on fire on the highway only two months after purchasing. Had heating issues not disclosed, refused to fix at first until warranty accepted. Overall I have been in over 5 times to the dealership to have the same issue addressed and still no heat in the middle of winter. They initially wanted to charge me $650 to fix a hose but it seems they are not honest about the real issue. I cannot stomach another trip i... read more

The Service Department gives excellent service. Courtney and Dave are both tremendous help with answering questions and going the extra mile to make sure I'm taking care of. I have always left McCarthy with a smile on my face. All the mechanics there in the Service Department only give the best quality work.
Took my Sonic in on a Saturday without an appointment. They did my oil change, tire rotation and a recall that I didn't remember needed done and had me in and out in under 90 minutes. I'm quite pleased with their Service.
I can't say enough about the folks at McCarthy Chevrolet. Kyle Bogart sold us a GMC Certified Terrain. He was very flexible to work with. I would recommend McCarthy Chevrolet and will be going back to purchase another vehicle.
I love my new car and I've told plenty of people that it was the least stressful buying experience ever! I was hesitant to trade in my minivan on a sedan since I have three kids and Cowboy Dan was so patient. He helped us weigh pros and cons and even let us take the car home for a trial run with our school morning routine. He was professional, helpful, and honest. The other staff members were so sweet with our kids, too- making them feel so welcome! Thanks McCarthy!
