If I could give this place zero stars, I would. In May 2020, I bought a mattress from this DT McCall’s location in Franklin. Fred was the sales person I bought the mattress from. All was great, until a year or so later, I went to get out of bed and felt a piece of metal scratch the back of my leg. When I looked, not only was there a piece of metal sticking out of the side of the mattress, there were multiple holes that had formed on the same side. Any time you call them they never answer or call back. And I have worked with them before in the industry. As soon as I need personal help. Nothing.

I always try to buy from small, local businesses as long as they are price competitive and good people. Purchased our washer, dryer and refrigerator from them. Great selection, knowledgeable and delivery experience was perfect. Highly recommend them!

I have used McCalls twice for new carpet and I couldn’t be happier with the service that they provide. They are fast and professional and friendly and they do amazing work at very reasonable prices. I tell everyone I know about them. Unfortunately, we moved out of Nashville, so we probably won’t get to work together again in the future. But if you need good carpet fast, call McCalls!
