I had such a wonderful experience buying carpet at Mc Call’s Carpet One Store. Jon was such a wonderful salesman. He was very through, polite and kind. He answered all my questions and more! I was dreading buying carpet, but Jon made it so easy for me!
The stair runner is installed!! McCalls Carpet One Floor & Home is the company we used and I'm so impressed by the whole process! It only took three weeks from the time I ordered the carpet for it to be cut, bound, and installed. Eric was the guy in sales who was so helpful! They also went the extra mile by removing the trim piece on each stair to give the carpet a tightly tucked-in look around the lip of each step, and then cut the trim pieces to be a perfect fit for the new space. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. In May 2020, I bought a mattress from this DT McCall’s location in Franklin. Fred was the sales person I bought the mattress from. All was great, until a year or so later, I went to get out of bed and felt a piece of metal scratch the back of my leg. When I looked, not only was there a piece of metal sticking out of the side of the mattress, there were multiple holes that had formed on the same side. My mom and I both took turns calling this store to get answers to the problem.... read more
