Asked for a muffin and got a cookie. These don’t even require cooking so not sure how they got it wrong. Sunday morning so not busy either.
Just too busy, and confused with McCafe at concourse level, why two in same building???
Extremely dissatisfied with experience. I do understand if you are understaff it would be too difficult to handle and manage the volume of orders but at least little effort can make guest happy. I ordered match latte, hasbrown and egg LT croissant. I received completely different order. Got hot chocolate, bacon croissant and just 4 hashbrown even if ordered 8, when I tried to call no answer from restaurant and then called mc Donald customer service they advised no refund can be done. I do not understand what is wrong with this McCafe in particular. It isn’t surprising that I visit it every now and then before boarding the GO train. The staff seem nice and friendly. I don’t think I hold a grudge against them for just doing their job. I just cannot comprehend their system. I had coffee coupons that I saved up over time. It was always consistent that they would give free drinks because of that. Only recently that they stopped accepting these coupons.
