This is my 1st visit to McAdoo's restaurant. We had our work luncheon here. We waited a bit for seating since it is a very small restaurant and its self-seating as you walk in. It is a very simple restaurant with basic eminities, next busy downtown business area. The menu was a little variety with good options, Service is basic as you would expect, as mentioned earlier. If I am going to pay $13 for a burger, I think it should be hand pressed and not a pre-pressed frozen patty. Service was friendly, food was not up to par.
McAdoo's is one of our all time favorite places to dine out at. The food is fresh and real. We have enjoyed everything we have eaten there and had taken out. The main menu may seem small but they have daily specials that more than make up for it. The staff are some of the friendliest people you will meet in Elko too. Everyone works well together and it shows in how fast and efficient they are. My ONLY complaint is; they really need to be in a bigger place. If you like Panera bread, you will LOVE McAdoo's!
