Given the terrible situation in commercial real estate, it is very surprising that McKnight is treating it. Customers at the Oliver building to a price increase. I want everyone to know this is not something that this tenant is going to tolerate. Not only the building half empty but a price increase at this time is ludicrous. No good no good no good.
