Amazing customer service! The Bluetooth system is being a bit finicky in my new Trax and I'm still getting texts from the service department at 9:30pm trying to work through it. I'm incredibly impressed.
Today we bought our first Chevy Z71 truck. We were amazed on the wonderful customer service that we had. Our salesman Jeff was fantastic. Everyone at Mcguire Chevy was so nice and helpful. Just had oil change/tire rotation took a little over an hour. But I was quite comfortable in their waiting room. I don't mind waiting, I make my appointments so I can wait. The staff was very friendly too.
This dealership is by far the best we have EVER had the opportunity to work with. From the salesmen to the facilities to the service dept; everything was top notch!!
