The service department was very good with looking over our new truck with our concerns and explained the noises that we were hearing and even showed us the same noises on another truck of the same year. Hats off to the Service Department!!!

I always receive excellent service in the service department. They greet me by first name. (I have all service and maintenance work done there). They are incredibly accommodating and honest. The waiting room is comfortable and tech friendly so I can work while I wait. Highly recommended!! I always end up working with Devin and he is awesome!!
The personnel in the Service Department are exceptional. Devin is a big asset to the service department. He treats you very professional and takes an interest in your problem. Jim Swistak the Service Manager has been helpful and very polite. Have nothing but praise for this Service Department.
Bryan Proia is such an asset to the service dept. Always goes above and beyond.
Brought my son's Chevy Cruz to service department for a turbo issue and a computer issue in January 2017. Less than 5 weeks later the same exact issue reoccurred. Vehicle was brought back to service department last week (March 1st, 2017) and Service Manager Jim Swistak refuses to correct the issue, claiming it was a different service code giving same symptoms. Very pissed.. Christopher/CJ salesman supposed to call us let us know what our payoff for our trade will be.. We were looking to purchase a brand new Chevy Equinox. Yesterday was a week we were there no call back 😡 Called him last Wednesday said he'd call that night nothing!!!! Never will step my foot back in there... ...WASTED OUR TIME...
