I can't speak to how they treat customers with new car purchases, but our experience with buying used is they only care about moving inventory. They do not inspect the vehicles they acquire to resell as used. In fact, their president said to me, exactly, "it is common practice for us when selling an As Is used car not to inspect it". So it looks like they only put a fresh coat of Armor All and make them look pretty to draw you in. Unwilling to work with us for what would have been our 3rd car purchase in the last 10 years here. We were given an insulting value on our trades, they were not prepared to talk numbers with us, and didn’t return our calls, or call us back when they said they would. I went over to Royal Buick GMC in Wantage and was given excellent customer service, a great value for our trade, and a great price on the car. Royal can do what McGuire refuses to do! Don’t waste your time at McGuire!

They give you quotes and then you put money down to hold the vehicle. Then they go back on them when you’re ready to go get the vehicle they should be called ShadyChevrolet

Bought a used vehicle and purchased extended power-train warranty. After 3 months and under 3,000 miles after purchasing, part inside the transmission is not covered and will cost over $1700 to fix. Owner told us we're on our own. Will never buy a car here again. Buyer beware.
