I’m not a customer, but I’m a neighbor of a house they are putting in. Today I left my house and their vehicle and trailer are parked right in the middle of a one lane road blocking all incoming and outgoing traffic. I honked a few times trying to get someone’s attention so I could get by to no answer. I finally called the business that was labeled on the truck and they got ahold of the operator and he came out to move it. Had a great experience with MBS for our new house. They were easy to work with, making the process go smoothly. Mike and his sons were always reachable and answered all my questions along the way. Would recommend them for anyone looking for a new home.

Had Mike and his crew build a 1600 foot modular home for me last year. Cleared all the trees poured the foundation and did an excellent job. Linda was always responsive and fair with prices . She never asked for any partial draw until that part of the work was completed . I would highly recommend this company . Great to work with and went beyond my expectations. Going to use them again next year for an investment property.
