Monica and I bought a new Ladies Longines Conquest Watch and a new Men’s Longines Hydro Conquest watch from the BEST MANAGER Chi in Rundle Mall today. After having issue after issue with my engagement ring I came on to see their reviews and am not surprised at all to find such a low average. I specifically made this account to warn others. First they changed my ring during servicing by plating my white gold and rose gold entirely in rhodium, they tried to say it was the same but the lighting was just different in the store. after sending it back and getting it returned, two weeks later one of the stones fell out. Do not send your watches for repair to them. I decided to give my tissot for a battery replacement back in January. Now it went all smooth with an ETA of 2 weeks etc. I get the watch back and the battery was not replaced. I questioned them about it and they suggested my circuit was damaged. Before that battery replacement I had gotten a previous battery replacement done in another country from an official dealer. Very poor service, bought a watch TAG that failed, and was 10 to 12 weeks to repair. This was a birthday gift. Very unhelpful. Even asked for consumer protection as under 3 months. Was told non. Now investigating direct.
