Absolutely appalling experience. Less than 12 months after purchasing my wife’s wedding ring from Mazzucchelli’s, a stone fell out. The ring was worn under normal daily conditions. There was no accidental damage. Despite this, they determined it was “customer damage” and refused to repair it under warranty. Head Office confirmed their position and refused to reconsider. What started as a positive experience at Mazzucchelli’s Rundle Mall ended in significant disappointment. My partner and I initially visited the store to purchase a Longines watch. The staff member assisting us was friendly and professional. During that visit, we were clearly informed that if we were not satisfied with the purchase, a refund would be available, or alternatively we could exchange it. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and Diaz hooked me up. Spent less than I expected too which was an added bonus.
