A positive experience. But make sure you check out all terms and pricing before you finish the deal. Things that I thought were, did not end the way i thought.
Called them up, explained that I wanted to trade in a car that I owed money on, to upgrade to a 4wd vehicle for the winter , told them about 2012 ford escape. I said I could put 350$ down, they Said yeah no problem!!! I drive over an hour to get there , and they kinda hinted that I was out of my mind and I needed at least 4000$ down, even though I have good credit. Very attentive staff with good followup
I asked about availability of a specific used car from this dealership and received a barrage of increasingly hostile emails that are from this dealer's internet department.
Great guys to work with, ask for Jeremy he was helpful.The car I initially went to see wasn't in the condition I was looking for but Jeremy searched the three other dealers in their group. Friendly service, hard working financial department,highly recommended.
The sales people that contacted me were trying to do their job. The finance person Mike was rude, and at one point stated the deal wasn't going to done even though a price was agreed upon. Don't think I would go back to this dealership.
