Walter Woods was a very knowledgeable and honest salesman. He went above and beyond my expectations to sale me a car for my nephew! Although my nephew eventually chose another vehicle my time speaking back and forth with Walter was great. I would definitely recommend Schaumburg Mazda do to the fact how Mr Woods took care of me and my nephew!

Good communication
Marty got back to me by e-mail and communicated by that method(my preferred communication). Chris, Sales manager took over and negotiated as well in good faith and was very flexible. I didn't end up buying a car at this time, but they are still in strong consideration.
Very cistomer focused
Lightning fast response. I had already bought a truck locally.
Horrible .....Called and set up a test drive for the following day and told the salesmen that I was 2 hours away. The salesman called me back later at 5:00 p.m. asking me to come up tonight because someone else was looking at the car and the car was so nice that it might get sold. Told him AGAIN that I was 2 hours away and that wouldn't work. Then he texted me at 11 o'clock at night telling me the car was still for sale.. Good experience, just remember that there are significant fees that come with buying a car at a dealership. A used car at this price point might be better going private party but I got a decent deal on this car so I could accept the fees. Also they wouldn't let me take the car to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. The car turned out to be in great condition and they didn't try to scam me into anything so I'm leaving a good review.
