Angel was in constant communication but when we showed up at the dealership (at the time I said I would be there and that he confirmed) he was nowhere to he found. We sat for ten minutes with no one helping us. Test drove the car and I will preface this by saying I am not a car person - there was so clearly something wrong with this car. Disappointing experience. It was clear the focus was solely on making a sale—not on earning a customer’s trust. I was told that pricing on a pre-owned vehicle was “non-negotiable,” which contradicts standard industry practice.
