This dealership uses ads as a bait and switch just to get your feet on their lot, then they try to sell you whatever they have available. They used a 2008 Ford Edge Limited AWD To get me on their lot, the vehicle was sold already. I have no idea when it was sold but I do know that the ad is still currently available bringing in new traffic. Not a good way to run a business for a long time anyway.
Salesperson never got back to me after my proposal and request for a quote on another car. I went to test drive the car, he was not there, and no one could find the car.
Showed up for our appt. and sat there for some time. Finally the greeter took us to the car. When we asked questions she did not know answers for us. Not her fault as she was the greeter, not the salesperson. It was not washed and a key scratch on one of the doors was not repaired. Went for the test drive, got back and waited to find out the car was already sold. What a waste of time.They said there was another car, a trade in that day so we waited and drove that one also.
