This dealership uses ads as a bait and switch just to get your feet on their lot, then they try to sell you whatever they have available. They used a 2008 Ford Edge Limited AWD To get me on their lot, the vehicle was sold already. I have no idea when it was sold but I do know that the ad is still currently available bringing in new traffic. Not a good way to run a business for a long time anyway.
Salesperson never got back to me after my proposal and request for a quote on another car. I went to test drive the car, he was not there, and no one could find the car.
Showed up for our appt. and sat there for some time. Finally the greeter took us to the car. When we asked questions she did not know answers for us. Not her fault as she was the greeter, not the salesperson. It was not washed and a key scratch on one of the doors was not repaired. This Dealer is Great
Walter Woods was a very knowledgeable and honest salesman. He went above and beyond my expectations to sale me a car for my nephew! Although my nephew eventually chose another vehicle my time speaking back and forth with Walter was great. I would definitely recommend Schaumburg Mazda do to the fact how Mr Woods took care of me and my nephew!
