Great experience buying a new car. Very professional staff and great service. Love my new car! I went back and bought another car the following week for my daughter. Overall this was the best experience for me buying a new car.

New dealership that has inexperienced staff and a rude and obnoxious finance guy. Horrible buying experience. Buyer beware You know the dealership is questionable when one of the salespeople have to give it a 5 star rating to bring up the bad rating.
Bait and switch - told me just switch my Sirius radio and when I spoke to Sirius they said the car wasn't equipped for it. Mazda promised to give me Sirius after I called corporate - they did, however it was an exterior 2x2 box to sit on my seat. If you try to change a station while driving, you'll probably get killed. Had to cancel my plan and now I'm stuck for 3 years without a decent radio!
I would never recommend the Mazada Valley Stream dealership. I wanted to purchase a vehicle. The salesperson could not answer all my questions he kept running into the office to ask the Manager (I believe her name is Melissa) for an answer. When I asked to speak to the manager directly she was not pleasant, very condescending and rude. I spent 2 hours trying to find the right car, but got fed up by the poor customer service.
