They pulled the ole bait and switch on me. I coordinated a meeting with them for a car they were advertising. The next day I show up for our meeting and they had increased the price by $1K. I showed them the price that had advertised then they tried to weasel their way out by saying they painted the bumper. I pointed out that they hadn’t and the paint was still scratched off. 2nd time around was horrible. They messed up the process of registering my car so now they are ignoring me. Even though I paid them to register the car, they told me to do it myself. Not only will they not return my calls but they actually blocked my phone number so I can not reach them. They are dishonest and incapable. I guess I’ll have to do it myself and spend even more money. Buyer beware. Salesman Jonathan and his coward of a manager are the worst. I would not recommend.
This dealership takes advantage of people. Bought my first car there and they fully took advantage of the fact it was my first time. That was a year ago. Then I had to get things fixed in my car recently. They charge me for something they didn’t even fix. I kept asking how much was things they where doing because I am on a budget. What should of bin $350 worth of repairs turned to $500 worth of repairs. This place is ridiculous. They just lost 2 more customers.
The sales consultant- Henry Villafuerte was efficient and answered my questions without trying us push the sale. I recommend this dealership when looking to lease or purchase a vehicle. The finance manager took time to carefully explain the details of the purchase contract. I’m a proud owner of a 2019 CX9. Thank you Henry.
