ON OCTOBER 20TH MY WIFE AND ME TRIED TO BUY A BUICK REGAL THE SALESMAN WAS VERY NICE WE GAVE OUR CREDIT CARD AND HE CHARGE MY CARD $2000 AND HE STARTED OUR FINANCING HE CAME BACK AND TOLD US WE WERE DENIED FOR CREDIT AND I SAID TO HIM PLEASE REFUND MY CREDIT CARD $2000 HE SAID IT'S GOING TO TAKE 48 HOURS ..WELL IT'S NOW OCTOBER 30 AND I STILL DID NOT GET ANY REFUND SO I CALLED THREE TIMES AND THEY WEREN'T VERY NICE THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO WAIT I BELIEVE THEY ARE DOING THIS ON PURPOSE ...I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS AND I REFUND CUS... read more
Just wanted to say that Mazda of Valley Stream made incredibly hard to purchase a car. By asking multiple times for pictures of a car, was one thing, but to honor one specific price with (Kevin) and then completely different price with (Wayne) was completely unprofessional. I know that there are plenty of other dealerships that will fulfill my need of buying a car and definitely will make it much easier than you guys. We should have known when no one could locate the truck we were looking for! Gee this truck has only been sitting at your dealership for a year!!!! How about the old Bait & Switch... In this day and age let's post a stock photo instead of the real photo, SERIOUSLY!!!
