Mazda North America's customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I submitted a complaint to them and it not only took weeks for them to acknowledge my message, but it took more than four months to come to a conclusion that was far from satisfactory. A Mazda North America representative said I needed to fill out a specific form so they could process a reimbursement check. Weeks later, they reversed and said no reimbursement. I truly wish I could give zero stars.
