I was very impressed with the whole blood donation process from start to finish. I have donated many, many times other places but this was my first time at Mayo Clinic. The staff was so friendly & helpful. And the cookies at the end were AMAZING!!!
First-timers: There is free parking in Lot #19 right across from the Hilton. The sign says Reserved and implies you have no business driving in. You may. Signs show you where to park once you have entered. Encourage them to change the entry sign so they are more welcoming to first timers.
Easiest blood donation I've experienced! Plus you get these amazing cookies after donation.
A very comfortable place to give blood and the cookies are as amazing as the staff.
