I just donated for the first time at Mayo Clinic today! I have donated through the Red Cross and Memorial Blood Centers before. I LOVE the fact that Mayo Clinic keeps us employees on the clock while we donate blood (very good encouragement to donate!). When we had a lull in the work load today, 3 of us came down to donate and even got a first time donating gift! The process was quick and easy and mostly painless ;) plus free cookies and juice afterwards was awesome!
