Very clear communication, great attitude, and excellent results from cataract surgery. Just completed 2 years of clear vision with Symfony multifocal IOLs and no need for other lenses!

Been twice & charged for something different each time, being told my insurance wouldn't cover it. Both times my insurance covered 100%. Had to call to be reimbursed. Other places have sent me a check as soon my insurance reimbursed them. I called a few weeks ago this time & was told my refund had been processed & I would have it "any day now" yet I still have not received my money. I have informed my insurance company.
They get to the root of the problem.
