I had a hip that was giving me a lot of pain. I considered going to a doctor that gives a cortisone injection and remembered it would probably help for a little while and then I would have to go again and again for that cortisone injection. I've been to 3 different chiropractors for degenerating disks in my neck and back with no relief of pain. Within 1 month, of coming to Maynard Clinic and seeing Dr. Kristen, the pain started going away. After 3 months I was pain free and have remained pain free for a year and a half. The combination of adjusting my spine into proper alignment and stretching and strengthening exercises has given my spine the support it needed. I am so grateful to Maynard Family Chiropractic!!
