Dr. Obileke is an excellent doctor..very knowledgeable, more than any other doctor I’ve seen so far in Halifax. Unfortunately, the front-end staff is an absolute disaster: communication is poor, coordination is the worst, and they often play around with the schedule. They also rarely provide confirmations, which makes the process frustrating. Edit : we had a visit this month and there seems to be some improvement with the reception

I’m brand new to this clinic I just recently received a dr from here so I been only at the clinic twice and I had 2 phone appointment. My dr seems nice and understanding at them most part
I have been a patient at this clinic for several years, but unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been disappointing. The front desk staff often come across as unfriendly and unapproachable, and I have not felt treated with the level of respect and courtesy one would expect in a healthcare setting. Reaching the clinic by phone is extremely difficult, I am routinely placed on hold, and booking or rescheduling appointments feels unnecessarily complicated.
