I’m brand new to this clinic I just recently received a dr from here so I been only at the clinic twice and I had 2 phone appointment. My dr seems nice and understanding at them most part

I have been a patient at this clinic for several years, but unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been disappointing. The front desk staff often come across as unfriendly and unapproachable, and I have not felt treated with the level of respect and courtesy one would expect in a healthcare setting. Reaching the clinic by phone is extremely difficult, I am routinely placed on hold, and booking or rescheduling appointments feels unnecessarily complicated. I just met with Dr. Ebube Obileke for the first time this morning, as I was placed with him for a new family doctor for my 4 year old son and I. I was told to put on a mask at the front desk, and asked the woman if it was possible to not wear one. I explained that have issues with claustrophobia and that masking can cause me to feel panicked. I have been going to my doctor for 25 plus years and she is excellent! I usually can get an appt within a week, rarely an issue. I do not understand why someone would complain about the support staff. They have a lot to deal with in the current healthcare circumstances. Patience and understanding is required by all concerned. Keep up the great work Dr. MacLean and staff.
