Inspector did not test automatic dishwasher, it does not work and does not drain, the water was turned off under the sink so it was not even tried. The garbage disposal was not installed correctly with the dishwasher and it still had the plug in the drain on the disposal. this is a basic appliance that was not tested.
Great experience working with Erick for my home inspection. Used him years ago for my 1st home inspection too. Both times he was thorough and detailed in his inspections. Will use him again in the future if I ever need another inspection.
