Great staff. My NP was very informative with my medical care. She spent quality time with me listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Their time is managed wisely. Never waited more than 15 minutes after arrival. Very clean and beautiful facility.
Dr Serradet did an excellent job in removing my carcinoma. He did the Mohs surgery. I am so thankful for knowledgeable professionals like Dr. Serradet. I researched many doctors before deciding to stay local. His education and experience is very impressive.

I had an ok experience my first visit. I felt that the Nurse Practitioner wasn't very sympathetic to my worry about having a non cancerous spot "burned" off my face for the first time. Then when I called to schedule another appointment for skin tag removal located in a sensitive area of my thigh, I was told there were no appointments available for 2 weeks and to call my general practitioner. I am in chemotherapy and told the lady that I was concerned that it would get infected, but she didn't seem to care about my dilemma. I... read more
