I went there twi times Second time they took sample of growth. Sent it off . Dr Heather called and left voice mail to call call back regarding results. Been three days now and no return call despite my calls to inquire. Seriously, customer service is lacking.
The entire staff (support, assistants, docs and PAs) are AMAZING! They have seen both me and my HS aged son. Mandy has, perhaps, single handedly saved my son's wrestling career with the time, diligence and fortitude to take on coaches and staff who ignored any and all cleared notes from this practice and his Primary. I was a patient in 2015 and called today and now have to start all over as a new patient... and I needed to be seen as soon as possible... can’t get in til March... that is ridiculous...
