Terrible custom service!! You can only book appointments online, you can't talk to an indivudual to explain speciality circumstances, and don't ever expect a call back. I had questions about the procedures and left a message and did not get a call back until days later. I missed that call and immediately called back, but then I didn't get an answer for another week!
